EDICTO N° 1045 La suscrita Secretaria General de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, en uso de sus facultades legales, hace saber que: EN LA ACCION DE AMPARO DE GARANTIAS CONSTITUCIONALES interpuesta por el licenciado Amado Javier Bernal Prado, apoderado judicial de DIEGO JASSEL RIVERA NUNEZ contra el Auto 2DA INST. No. 74 de fecha 16 de marzo de 2021 proferido por el SEGUNDO TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DE JUSTICIA DEL PRIMER DISTRITO JUDICIAL DE PANAMA, se ha dictado una resoluci6n cuya parte resolutiva, es del tenor siguiente: “CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA. PLENO. PANAMA, VEINTICUATRO (24) DE AGOSTO DE DOS MIL VEINTIUNO (2021). visTos: En consecuencia, el Pleno de la Corte Suprema de Justicia administrando justicia en nombre de la Repiblica y por Autoridad de la Ley, NO CONCEDE la accion de Amparo de Garantias Constitucionales interpuesta por el licenciado Amado Javier Bernal Prado, en representacin de DIEGO JASSEL RIVERA NUNEZ contra el AUTO DE SEGUNDA INST N°74 de 16 de marzo de 2021, proferido por el Segundo Tribunal Superior del Primer Distrito Judicial.
